This handcrafted kitchen knife design is very similar to the one that we’ve been thoroughly testing in the kitchen for some time. It has a fantastic blade shape for slicing and dicing a myriad of ingredients, while its lightweight style and comfortable handle make it a pleasure to use.

This chef’s knife is approximately 8 3/4 inches overall, with a 4 1/2-inch blade. The 1/8-inch blade is stainless steel, which comes in handy in a kitchen setting. The fancy handle is stabilized curly maple with cinnamon/red liners and three brass bolt sets!
